Our stainless-steel tenders are integrated on a lightweight D.O.T. Trailer. The enclosed side discharge conveyor is gentle on commodity.

ST1166 Fertilizer and Seed Tender:

5 Compartments - 1,166 cu/ft. - Dry weight of trailer: 18,800 lbs.

ST600 (Truck Mount) Fertilizer and Seed Tender:

2 Compartments - 20 Ton/600 cu/ft. - Dry weight of trailer: 5,800 lbs.

Power Options:

Truck supplied wet kit

Truck supplied wet kit. (Requires 16 gal./min and 2700 psi.)

Self-Contained Power

Self-contained power hydraulic power pack, includes Kohler EFI engine, pump and reservoir. Trailer houses (two) 25-gallon tanks for hydraulic fluid and gasoline.

Electric Hydraulic Controls

Controls gates and conveyor. Includes electronic override control box. Cased in a weather-proof stainless box.

10" x 30’ Conveyor, 15" wide all rubber belt with 150 ton/hr capacity.

Enclosed Conveyor Belt Return

The belt return is enclosed to ensure safety and longevity.

Agri-Cover Tarp

Manual and Electric tarping systems offered. Tarp systems built in Jamestown, ND by Agri-Cover.

Aluminum Wheels

Aluminum wheels are corrosion resistant and lightweight.

Hydraulic Slide Gate

Hydraulic gates added as yet another safeguard to ensure productivity in the field.

Poke Holes

Allows user the ability to break up settled commodity for continuous conveyor flow.

Access Ladder

Allows user a safe way to climb to the top of the trailer.

Air Ride Suspension (Only standard for ST933 and ST1166)

Air ride systems quickly adapt to the load of the rig and the road conditions for an overall smoother ride.

Optional Features:

Wireless Conveyor Controller

Wirelessly control gates and conveyor while having the freedom to move around the Tender.

Electric Tank Vibrator

Helps the commodity from settling in the compartments, ensuring a continuous flow to the conveyors.

Split Hoppers

Splits are welded into the hoppers to add even more products to the Tender. Gates are often extended when hoppers are split.
